Policies:  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment and present any coupons, or gift cards, etc. when you check in. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all spa services require a 24-hour notice.

Please Note: We might ask for credit card information in order to secure you appointment. This amount is fully refundable if you give us at least a 24 hour notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. Please understand that this is because we set aside a considerable amount of time with the Esthetician  and no other clients are booked during that same time. Therefore, when there is a no show without enough time to rebook that appointment, the technician loses the ability to service other clients during that same time. Please respect the relaxing atmosphere of our spa by having all cell phones or other electronic devices on silent mode. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome!
